1. Eligibility for Returns Items purchased from Nirmal Sofa Point are eligible for return or exchange within 24 hours of the purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is presented.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made furniture or items that have been personalized.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after purchase.

3. Return Process To initiate a return or exchange:

  • Contact Nirmal Sofa Point’s customer service within 24 hours of purchase to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Return the item to the store or arrange for pickup if necessary. Return shipping or pickup costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error by Nirmal Sofa Point.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed.

4. Refunds Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 business days after the return is approved. If the item was purchased using a credit/debit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash or store credit, at the customer’s preference.

5. Exchanges Exchanges for a different item or size can be made within 24 hours of purchase, subject to product availability. Any price difference between the exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

6. Damaged or Defective Items If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must report the issue within 12 hours. Nirmal Sofa Point will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Return Shipping For online or distance purchases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error by Nirmal Sofa Point. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as Nirmal Sofa Point is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

8. Final Sale Items All items marked as "final sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

8. Policy Changes Nirmal Sofa Point reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. The return policy applicable at the time of purchase will govern the return process.
