1. Scope of Services Nirmal Sofa Point provides repair services for sofas, including but not limited to spring replacement, cushion refilling, upholstery repair, and frame restoration. All services are subject to the availability of parts and materials.
2. Service Estimates Customers will receive a written or verbal estimate before any repair work begins. The estimate will include the cost of parts, labor, and any additional charges. Estimates are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.
3. Appointment Scheduling Appointments for repair services must be scheduled in advance. Nirmal Sofa Point reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays in part availability or staff availability.
4. Payment Terms Full payment is required upon completion of the repair service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. A deposit may be required for extensive repairs or special-order parts.
5. Warranty All repair work is guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used during the repair. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.
6. Liability Nirmal Sofa Point is not liable for any damage to the sofa that occurs after the repair service is completed, including damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors. The customer is responsible for ensuring the sofa is used and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.
7. Cancellations and Refunds Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds for canceled services will be issued only if the service was prepaid and if cancellation occurs before any work has begun. No refunds will be provided for completed services.
8. Customer Property Customers must ensure that all personal items are removed from the sofa before service. Nirmal Sofa Point is not responsible for loss or damage to any items left on or in the sofa during the repair process.
9. Acceptance of Terms By engaging Nirmal Sofa Point for repair services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically, and it is the customer's responsibility to review them before accepting any service.
10. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgoan.
